Richard MOntemarano

Richard Montemarano is a multifaceted business entrepreneur. He has spent his life in sales,

marketing, as well as creating and managing businesses from the printing industry to municipal infrastructure technology.

Richard has his degree from SUNY, Geneseo in art and music.

Throughout his years in business, he has written a wide variety of industry white papers,

has been published through several national business associations,

and has presented to thousands of professionals spanning a variety of industries.

Richard is married with three sons, Anthony, Nicholas and Michael. He lives with his wife Elaine in San Diego, California

Richard’s son, Anthony Montemarano, inspired the concept of Vampiro. Anthony was involved with a

series of Buzzfeed produced videos depicting a vampire in Los Angeles who dated a video producer for Buzzfeed.

The series took place in Hollywood and appeared on both Buzzfeed and Youtube.

The videos received several million views and led to a call from an LA production company

interested in using Anthony in a pilot for a Vampire series. Richard, inspired by his son's success,

had an idea for a story about a vampire who lived in LA and was recruited by the C.I.A.

That was all it took for father and son to dream up Vampiro over a couple of bottles of great cabernet!

Anthony lives and works in Hollywood, California, under the alias SHOCKTHEMONSTER.

He is an Art Director for film and television, writes and performs original music

and collaborates with an array of creative and eccentric Los Angeles characters.
